2. We advise our prospective users to sign up for an account through our secure portal by simply subscribing to the application and we provide feedback where necessary

What Potolo offers;
SECURE PLATFORM: Drawing from our privacy policy and “terms of usage” for security reasons we advise users of how (even though by not releasing a geographic location) we maintain and manage user data and account information.
At every time a user is in control of what they will like to do with their personal user data, unsubscribe and relinquish their use of the platform or stay current. We do not share data with third parties
USAGE: Communication and conversations are allowed ONLY within users of the platform, we do not allow cross messaging platforms into our user conversation
SECURITY CONCEPT: Real end-to-end encryption (only an active registered authenticated user can decrypt messages their own messages on anyone of their devices, crosschecking of other user devices will demand verification even after authentication.


INTEGRATION: all other applications within our chat application follow the security model imposed by the application as in Messaging, voice and video calls, file sharing, screen sharing etc.
